FRENCH COOKIE RECIPES

Ingredients:
1/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 ounces butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar for decoration
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter one Madeleine pan.
